Aria seemed to me like the most hopeless siren.
Sonata was more dimwitted and distractable, but she was perfectly willing to cooperate and be led in order to overcome that and survive better. Aria had a terrible attitude-- provoking pointless little squabbles with her sisters in mid-caper as they tried to plot, and undermining a perfectly competent leader during lean times when she didn't have anything better to offer herself.
That sort of stance is only really workable from a position of total security.
